Fair usage & transparency

Our pricing is based on typical transaction volumes for businesses at each tier. During onboarding, we'll review your actual volumes together so there are no surprises. If your business consistently exceeds the expected volume for your tier, we'll have an honest conversation about moving to the next tier or agreeing a fair supplement. We'll never spring a bill on you — everything is discussed and agreed upfront.

Common questions

What if my business doesn't fit neatly into a tier?

Most don't, and that's fine. The tiers are a starting point, not a straitjacket. During your discovery call, we'll understand your specific needs and recommend the right fit. If you need a custom arrangement, we'll put one together — always with clear, predictable pricing.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

No. We absorb the cost of onboarding because we're confident in the long-term relationship. If there's significant cleanup work needed on your existing books, we'll discuss that transparently before we start — but in most cases, it's included.

Is there a minimum contract term?

We ask for a 3-month initial period so we can properly set things up and demonstrate value. After that, it's rolling monthly. We keep clients by being good, not by locking them in.

What about Xero subscription costs?

Your Xero subscription is separate and billed directly by Xero. We can help you choose the right Xero plan during onboarding. If you're not on Xero yet, we'll handle the migration as part of getting set up.

Can I switch tiers?

Absolutely. As your business grows, your needs change. Moving up a tier is seamless — we're already embedded in your business, so it's just about expanding the scope. You can move up or down with one month's notice.

Do you work with businesses on Sage or QuickBooks?

Our standard service runs on Xero, which gives us the automation and integration capabilities to deliver the best results. If you're currently on another platform, we can discuss migration as part of onboarding — we've done plenty of these and they're usually smoother than people expect.
